The Women Empowerment Cell, Chetana, is established to sensitize students about the issues faced by women and other ger-related problems. Its primary m is to provide tools for stress management, enabling women to tackle challenges collectively rather than individually. By empowering women in all aspects of life, this cell fosters their role as agents of social transformation and encourages ethical values for the betterment of society.
Objectives

Strategic Development: Evolve strategies that enhance the socio-cultural empowerment and holistic development of women towards societal improvement.

Ger Sensitization: Educate the institution on ger sensitivity to promote an inclusive environment.

Strength Potential Enhancement: Help female students recognize their strengths and potential for personal excellence.

Excellence Advocacy: Motivate girl students to pursue excellence in academics, career, and leadership roles.

Rights Awareness: Inform female students about occupational, legal, and constitutional rights.

Health Promotion: Rse awareness among girl students regarding women's health issues and preventive measures.

Equality Advocacy: Sensitize girls on ger equality and encourage them to advocate for it within their communities.

Mission
To equip women with a broad range of skills and knowledge through trning and development programs med at enhancing their social, economic, and intellectual capacities for peace, security, and prosperity in the world.
Roles Responsibilities

Awareness Promotion: Spread the WEC's objectives among female students.

Event Participation: Actively engage in organized events and competitions by encouraging other girl students to participate as well.

Initiative Leadership: Allow girls to organize WEC events with guidance from experienced members.

Social Skills Development: Foster extroversion among the girl student population under faculty guidance.

Feedback Representation: Report ger-specific issues in the class to their respective department's faculty representative.
